Honey and cut comb are currently unavailable. The next major nectar flow is expected to begin in September, with extraction planned for November. If the flow and harvest develop as expected, honey and cut comb should become available in November. Bee pollen is currently being collected but is not yet available for purchase.

Small-batch, unpasteurized honey harvested from local Bee To Z colonies. It is lightly strained to remove pieces of beeswax from extraction, but it is not ultra-filtered. Natural pollen and very fine particles may remain, and the color, aroma, and flavor vary with each nectar flow and season.
